A good place to stay and with beautiful view of the mountain range
Excellent room service and this medical congress is one of the best in many years
It is beautiful, the food was good, good variety. The staff was great. Lots of shops and great decorations. Out of 5 I give it a 5 for circuses, ambiance. Valet parking was complimentary when we were there. Very convenient.
Excellent service and the garden was fantastic!!
We loved our stay! We celebrated our 17th anniversary here, stayed on the top floor and had a beautiful time we won’t forget.

The grand spa is amazing and just spend afternoon tea with family or friends. This place is magical and doesn't ever disappoint!
Although we haven’t spent the night, when we visit family at Christmas we enjoy the Christmas decorations and windows and appreciate the artistry and opportunity to take family photos. It’s an old-fashioned delight for grandparents and their extended family. We have had breakfast with SAnta in the past and will look for other opportunities to enjoy how special the hotel is.
