Find a permanent solution for the Box Elder bug issue. My room had a lot of them, even after having the problem “addressed”.
we had my neices wedding there and it was a fairy tale wedding besides the bride being so beautiful the Grand hotel was like a palace.Even their restrooms were like. nothing I've seen. The food was great and waiters were very attentive.lt was certainly a night to remember. Thank you for a great night. Sincerely Cindy Laursen

I recommend the hotel be more customer service oriented and that a more customer friendly management team be put in charge.. I've vacationed in almost every city in America and this hotel made me hate Salt Lake City. Never again!!!
