This building only gives heat in the AM-Afternoon Hours to through off any 311 inspectors who may come visit during the day. Heat is non existent during the night time. Rent at your own Risk Pros: B/D train station is steps away.Luxury Appliances. Cons:Walls are PAPER THIN! Be prepared to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. The building is only wired with DirecTV. You MUST pay for water!!! That is unfiltered by the way. ConEd NEVER goes to the building to read your meter.
