Interesting take on non traditional BBQ some works and some doesn't - some attempts are on the dry side and recipes over worked
I was very excited to finally eat here. We were seating right on time. One guy explained the beer, another guy explained the menu. We were confused who our waiter was. Before we could order, they ran out of steak & pork chops. It was only 8:00 on a Saturday. We got our food. I had the ramen. I wasn't impressed. A few others had the brisket blocks, they enjoyed their food. The buttermilk bread that they rave about didn't live up. We expected a nice big piece of bread.
