The Granary was recently purchased and is now under new ownership. I’ve been living here for over a year and up until this change, things were going well. Since then, things have fallen off…badly. Very little communication with residents, lack of responsiveness to questions, the front desk is sometimes MIA. Hope to see a turnaround but would not recommend at this time.
Love it here! Property management was amazing throughout the application process. The staff is great, the location is perfect, and everything is super clean. Only suggestion would be adding a boxing bag to the gym — but aside from that, it’s a solid 10/10.
