I was visiting my daughter at the granary last week . We were enjoying the view from her apartment. The maintenence man Vincent, was working in the bathroom, he was very pleasant and did a great job, he left the bathroom perfect too. Just wanted to give him a compliment and say how good of a job he did and compliment the granary, how beautiful it is.

We have been residents at the Granary for over two years and would give it 10 stars if we could. The location and building amenities are incredible, but beyond that, the staff makes it a tremendous community. Lisa, Wes, April, Vincent, and everyone else all are incredible to us. As long as we live in Philadelphia, we’ll call the Granary home.
Just moved to larger unit at Granary. Wonderful place. Staff and facilities are good .
