Lived there is the late 1980’s. Loved it! I had a great view and was close to everything I needed within walking distance.
They were run down laundry place out dated a leasing office tried to pressure into and talked up the establishment
I really enjoyed living at The Granada while staying in Seattle during the pandemic. It's about 100-year's old but the building has been maintained very well over the years and I never had a single problem except one blown fuse. After living overseas many years, I also appreciated the vintage style and decorations. I loved the view from my 6th floor studio, and also appreciated the manager, Suzy, who was always very kind-hearted and fair in all respects, incl. when I moved out and returned overseas.
