Great location!! We never stayed at the hotel, but we came for drinks and apps on the rooftop and were so disappointed. Our server was so dismissive of us. She told us their rail was casamigos so that’s what we ordered and it was their top shelf. We wanted to order food but she took our drinks and never came back. I have been a bartender/server for 10 years and I never complain because I know how it gets, but it was a rainy Sunday and completely empty yet she couldn’t care less about us being there. Nice hotel but there was no hot water. We complained but it was never fixed.
The rooftop bar is a total scam. I asked for a glass of red wine, the waitress offered 2-3 options which typically means you’re getting a house red. Turns out that was 25 for a glass. That’s fine if you’re the Rosewood or Ritz and there is attentive service (also subpar here) but this reeks of being scammy. They don’t even offer a menu at the bar to give you a ballpark. I’m a local and would strongly recommend to avoid this place.
