This hotel is on a quiet street in Georgetown. It is conveniently located, close walking distance to the waterfront, clothing shops, and many restaurants. The lobby staff could have been friendly. The rooftop was ok. I went in the winter.

The Graham was an amazing experience! My stay was graced with care, thoughtfulness and extremely helpful! Nettie saved the day! She went above and beyond to my stay exceptional! When Uber dropped me twice for a ride out to Andrew's AirForce Base - she immediately called and a taxi arrived within 10 minutes. I was going to be ten minutes late - I ended up literally 10 minutes early and just walking ahead of the first reporting person.
