I have lived at New Barn Apartments for the past four years, and I have never seen this community in such poor condition until the new management and Property Manager took over. The decline is noticeable throughout the property. The common areas are dirty, poorly maintained, and many of the hallway lights are either broken or not working properly. These people are thieves. They stole part of my security deposit—stay away from this people. I paid a professional company to clean and paint the unit to leave it in excellent condition, but even that wasn't enough for them; they kept part of my deposit, claiming the unit wasn't clean. They just want your money. THIEVES.
