Graham company ignoring my inquiry email. They do not stand behind their residents that have lived in their communities for over 5 years. No one seems to want to help, they would just rather look away and create a frustrated client. I love where I live and thought I loved the Graham team, but this really proves that we are just money to them.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The leasing specialist, Juan Niebla, was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not respect communication boundaries, often ignored emails and phone calls, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. His attitude was dismissive and made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with him.
