I will never tire of sharing my terrible experience at a condominium complex owned by Graham Companies—specifically, none other than Courtyard Miami Lakes. It is the absolute worst in every respect. You can never get anyone to assist you at the management office; they make you wait for hours, whether you go there in person or call a thousand times—and this went on for the entire duration of my lease. I just moved in last month and this place is truly welcoming and great. Love the neighborhood and the staff all around is very kind.
I love living at Graham Residential in the TC apartment's. The people here are amazing and truly care about the residents. The girls in the leasing office are always welcoming and cheerful, which makes such a difference and really makes you feel at home.
