Extremely unprofessional experience. The leasing specialist, Juan Niebla, was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not respect communication boundaries, often ignored emails and phone calls, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. His attitude was dismissive and made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with him.
Executivo aparment. It's a disappointment what this company is doing. The Grahams no longer care about the tenants. They replaced the four charcoal BBQ grills at the pool with two gas ones. If they're not broken, they have no gas. And if the gas runs out with food still inside, they won't replace it until Monday or Tuesday. If you call, it's not an emergency. Right now, one of them is broken and has been like that for over five days. The community is very upset, which is why the property is being emptied.
Ridiculous. This company will SCAM you out of your security deposit. I moved out a month ago and was told I would get my deposit back but it looks like I’m not getting anything. This place was always a headache. The staff don’t even speak English, the maintenance people open your door without knocking, NO WASHER OR DRYER. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY GRAHAM PROPERTY.
