I tried to use them and progressive for homeowners insurance. I have to bundle auto and home for anyone. Progressive canceled me for asbestos siding causing me to jump though hoops. They ripped me off for more money after I canceled don’t use this place for insurance.
Kimberly Graf is very great at her job shared a lot of information with me today, I’m very grateful for her. I highly recommend her!!! A++++ she truly knows and cares for people and so helpful!
I know someone who had a terrible experience with them after being a loyal client for years. Do NOT recommend!
INCOMPETENT. After ten years of being a client, the one time I need help I call my agent just for her to tell me she doesn't do anything with claims, her boss is out and has no idea when she'll be back. Then she has the audacity to forward me some google results for my situation. I couldn't wait to fire her. She was absolutely useless.
