I know someone who had a terrible experience with them after being a loyal client for years. Do NOT recommend!
INCOMPETENT. After ten years of being a client, the one time I need help I call my agent just for her to tell me she doesn't do anything with claims, her boss is out and has no idea when she'll be back. Then she has the audacity to forward me some google results for my situation. I couldn't wait to fire her. She was absolutely useless.
