Nice building but management is unfortunately sub par. Getting answers to emails is near impossible, even if they relate to safety issues within the building.
Nice place to live but worst ever property managers I had. Lived in 2 other Devon Properties buildings but this was nightmare. Absolutely zero tolerance property manager and forced us to abuse our child.
Fantastic apartment building with great amenities, management, and tenants! I was involved at leasing at the Gorge, and the community that has formed in this building is really unmatched. Very happy tenants, lovely and intentionally designed units, with great access to The Gorge, Downtown Victoria, as well as easy accessibility to The Westshore, Peninsula, etc. Fantastic place to rent at!
