We moved in right at the beginning when the building was built. Rent was extremely high, but it was a new building so we figured that was normal. Then 4 months after moving in they started allowing people to book the amenity space, which was right above us (never did they say this was going to be an option when we were choosing which suite to move into, otherwise we wouldn’t have picked that unit and we had so many units to choose from). Myself Reema Goswami, currently residing at The Gorge. It is being an amazing experience living here. Staff members, manager and even cleaners are very humble, polite and helpful. Thanks to all the team members of Devon properties.
Place itself is ok, they use cheap hardware and my dryer had many issues. Also, communication from property manager was beyond terrible. They do not answer emails or calls promptly and made me feel like a nuisance for having concerns. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else
