We had a fantastic tour with Jodi, the property manager. She was lovely and so accommodating. The energy felt very different than most property management companies we have interacted with in the past. The Gordon is a fantastic complex and is reasonably priced for the location, parking garage, and access to the local country club.
I stayed at The Gordon in Madison for 6 months on a short-term lease and had a great experience. The apartment was super clean, quiet, and ready to go when I moved in. Lots of natural light, comfy layout, and updated appliances. It’s also pet-friendly, which was perfect for me and my dog—we felt at home right away.
