On the fence with the experience of my visit. Although it was professional and efficient, it felt extremely scripted and commercial. The same thing that was send to me was said to the very next person that was serviced. To me that isn't service that is taylored to the person. That's just rehearsing and repeating. Bonus for me was not being too pushy, the upsale attempt was there but not forced. The packages are expensive so there should be some additives other than 3 shoe inserts to take home.
