I went in just last week. I needed a change. My entire body hurt all the time. Especially the right side. I broke my ankle in 5 places a few years ago and nothing has been the same since. Great customer service, knowledgeable of the product. Friendly and helpful. No pressure in buying and the product sold it self. Great experience.
Bobby Shawn was the sales person who took care of my husband‘s inserts. He was very informative and took his time taking care of my husband’s questions and mine as well. When my husband tried the inserts on before we left the store he was commenting on how he felt better just for that little bit of time. He’s been wearing them one day has them in three separate pairs of shoes and he’s very comfortable with them if you were going to the good food store definitely ask for Bobby Shawn at the Hilltop store in Virginia
Staff is very dismissive , leave you waiting forever and not even nice about it. I will just take my business elsewhere
