I had an excellent experience at the Good Feet store in Leesburg, VA. I had two inserts that were very old and in desperate need of replacement. The store is beautiful, their costumer service was excellent (I was serviced by Steve), and the new product that I received in exchange for my old pairs is a bit of an upgrade. More sleek, more comfortable, and it will hopefully have as much life in it as my other set did. I couldn’t recommend this store more!
Guy was the best at explaining what would work best for the health of my feet. Extremely friendly and and professional.
My husband and I visited this store and talked with an associate named Guy. Guy was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to explain everything in easy terms that we could understand. He covered every facet of the products and talked with us in a zero-pressure manner. He was wonderful! I would recommend Guy and these products to anyone who is looking for arch support!

Great staff who were very helpful and kind. We just needed a quick riser for my sons shoe and we were taken care of within 30 minutes! They are very mindful of your time and are great at matching you to the products you need. The staff offered drinks and snacks to my wife and 2 year old as well which was very nice! Thank you Justin!
