Scam! Went in to see what they had to offer. After high pressure sales and not being impressed with the cost of one size fits all plastic inserts, I was given a PROMISE of a full refund by the manager. These things did nothing for my issues so went went back for my refund. The manager then lied and said he never offered a refund. Another manger called me and told me that "he doesn't have authority to offer that" and denied my refund. My Dad, a senior, fell for the scam. Reported this to BBB and the company did nothing to mak... read more

I went to the Good Feet Store and was fitted with 3 sets of arch supports and a new pair of sneakers. I almost backed out at the cash register after finding out the bill was over $1300 but certainly thought it would be money well spent If my back paid went away. After wearing the supports as instructed for 1 month there was no relief at all and tried to return the arch supports for a refund, I would keep the sneakers since they showed slight signs of wear. I was told that they don't give refunds, there was no visible wear to... read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. This product is absolutely trash. While the people are nice and "helpful" they are selling a product that I'm sure they know is a scam and clearly doesn't work. Before purchasing, I asked if I needed to go up a shoe size and I was told no. I can't fit the soles in my shoes comfortably even with taking the original soles out my feet still feel squished. I had it another pair of shoes to fit something I can't even wear because they make my feet hurt worse. I went back because the original soles ... read more

My wife and I decided to checkout The Good Feet Store, after about 10 years of suffering foot pain. The guy we spent time with there was a likeable person, and seemed to be knowledgable and caring for my pain. The presentation seemed logical and the sample arch supports seemed reasonably comfortable. I was very interested, and financially able to spend whatever it may take to move forward for foot pain relief. When the prices of their "Program" were shared with us, we immediately realized that this was nothing more than a SCA... read more

This place is a ripoff to say the least. They will sell you things that you don’t want and don’t need at a price five times what an exact match costs from Amazon.com. And the no refund policy makes this feel like a huge scam!

I am a college student with a neurological condition I am currently in the middle of treating. My medication was not properly dosed the day I walked into the good feet store and in spite of that I expressed reservations towards the purchase and my inability to pay the purchase and was told to simply finance the purchase and under duress I completed the purchase. Upon returning home I realized the arch supports are not compatible with all my shoes and that the financing for this purchase will strain my monetary situation and ... read more

Hello friends just a buyer beware especially for my older friends! If you are hopeful that The Good Feet store will take away all your pains it might. However, be aware that they take a lot of time fitting you, and at no point do you ever talk price until the very end. I felt at that point, I had no choice and took the cheapest package three sets of inserts and my new shoes (shoes were $140 which I expected). What I didnt expect was that the inserts started at over $1300 middle package $1500 and third package nearly $2000. M... read more

I purchased insoles from The Good Feet Store located at ********************************************************************************. I wanted insoles for foot support because I live an active lifestyle. I was first taken aback because the insoles are not custom made, but fitted more to the shoe. That being said I wanted long term help. The sales woman was nice, but extremely pushy. I ended up spending $1,006.74 on two insole types and a sole cushion. I feel extremely disappointed with the results. I was able to wear the... read more
