In store sale pitch assured significant improvements in leg/feet structure/makeup. Followed recommendations for four weeks using 3 levels of arch supports for total of $1700+ cost. No changes or improvements. Contacted store sales person asked for a refund.... no go...."medical items not qualified". Further recommendation that they would adjust the items. No confidence that any change would be productive. Filed dispute with CC charges.BEWARE - check other reviews before buying.

These do not work. They're hard plastic. The guy fitted me with such high arch supports my hip, knee and especially my back pain got worse; and the bottom of my feet hurt even after wearing them the way I was told. I went back and he only changed 1 to "try out". Still no relief. I was never told that you couldn't return them and get a refund. They're trying to give me an arch where none is. They said you can fix a ********* but you can't. They did another imprint and it showed more of an arch, but that's because I was wearin... read more

Rating is 0 stars! The store in **********, ** is a scam. I went in for arch supports. I was told there was a 60 day promotion, and that I could return the supports. They talked me into getting some house shoes. Finally, they had me sign a paper to agree that I could not return the socks. After all was said and done, they had issued me a credit card and billed it for $2,500. I thought that if they helped my back, it was worth it. They began to hurt my feet, and when I went back to return the arch supports, I was initially to... read more

Initially it helped my pain, then I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. Not worth the high cost. No money back or guarantees.

I thought a good pair of Good Sneakers would be a great gift for Father's Day for my husband so I suggest to go to the Good Feet Store. After looking and trying on sneakers he finally agreed to a pair. I thought the sneakers and inserts would be approximately $200.00. Our total came to $1908.98! We were totally shocked! We realized as we were driving on our way home that the style wasn't what my husband really was looking for and returned them the next day. We are very disappointed with their sales tactics and refund policy.... read more

I am still angry about this 10 months later. I was having knee pain as I had recently started a walking routine. After I explained my problem and they started showing me the product, I asked how much it would cost. I was told $500. At the end, the cost was $1500 (nothing was added between the two numbers). I was shocked, but in pain so I ended up setting up a payment plan. In the mean time, the problem was just that one leg is slightly longer than the other. My arches were not flat. All I needed was a lift in one shoe. Easil... read more
