The customer service provided was excellent. My wife is very please with the product.
Good customer service, help with payment is available although it is through a third party. Quick fitting process and easy to follow along. Helpful explanations along the way to help you understand it better. Friendly people. Couple of different shoes inserts and socks to choose from and are reasonably priced.
Jessica did such an incredible job with explaining everything in depth and troubleshooting with different inserts. I enjoyed being able to visualize the issues with stride mapping and visuals. Leaving the store feeling instantaneously relief.
I had a great experience with Eric! He took all the time needed to make sure I had the perfect fit for my inserts.
