James is an asset to this store. He explains all of the great products in detail and really individualizes it to each person. He really loves to help people and educate them on the importance of your feet are the foundation of your health. The lifetime warranty is a major factor of the success of this product and James reiterated this as a major focal point.
I just got the 3 tiered system yesterday. The rep that was helping me did not tell me about the return policy until I swiped the card and told me all sales are final. I tried returning it the next day and they told me to take a walk and didn't try to help me whatsoever. This is deceptive, unscrupulous and completely wrong. Don't waste your money here as they are not honest and upfront.
Sales pitch was too long. The pricing is a joke for what you get. 3 sets of arches for $1700. They are the only game in town. My son is disabled and could never afford it.
Tyler was really helpful and knowledgeable. The system is expensive but comes with a life time guarantee and the ability to swap out your inserts as needed. No hard sell. My feet felt better just walking out of the store.
