Very very good help from a lady name Niako.
Happy with my purchase and all the education James gave me about my feet, and balance. He spent alot of time explaining all the different inserts with no pressure. I felt alot of stability with my new support arches after leaving the store. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their feet, back, knees or legs. Great customer service!
My son was in so much pain that we were having to carry him, but after 30 mins with James, he fitted my son with the right supports, and he was able to walk again! Total miracle. Highly recommend this store, and James is the best!
Me and my mom had a wonderful experience. Nako was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She took her time with my mom and we didn’t feel rushed.
Make sure you don't buy these orthotics on a Virgin Cruise. They have terrible customer service if you decide to return them. They aren't really the same company with the Good Feet Store. They are called Spa World. I ended up with new orthotics that cost me a couple hundred dollars., and I'll never use.
