all sales are final. i thought all i need was some support in my shoes. later found that i had charcot foot. and will never be able to wear the supports and cannot get a refund on them. spent over thousand dollars believing that would fix problem. now i face possibly of disability. called the store and said that there wad nothing they could do for me.
Cured my heel pain over 10 years ago.
After driving through rush hour traffic and pouring rain, I arrived at the Plano store at 5:45 pm. I was greeted by a lady who promptly told me that they closed at 6 pm and would not be able to help me, since the process would take 30 minutes and she had to get to her yoga class. Really? Your yoga class is more important than a potentially paying customer? I would have gladly spent the $300 on their "kit" to rid me of my foot pain, but now they won't get one dollar from me. Amazing customer service! My hubby bought the insoles on a cruise and 12 year old daughter and I were in search of the relief he was experiencing. Sooo grateful to meet Darrell and get our sets! Happy! Happy! I believe everyone can benefit from these amazing insoles which truly balance the knees, hips, and spine.
