Deceptive sales practices. High pressure at first to buy three sets of insoles then they told me the price. I've bought cars for less money. When I balked at the price, she tried to downsell me to just one insole. I told her I thought the product was overpriced and I did not want it. Then she brought out a lower priced product. I said it was still too much, then she brought out an even less expensive product. At that point, I said I did not like their sales practice and asked her why she didn't show me all the products and p... read more

I wore podiatrist provided inserts for 30 years, could only wear 2 brands of shoes, and was still in pain. heard about the Good Feet Store on the Glover show but just thought it was a sham. Finally, out of desperation, I visited the Good Feet Store. Within a week I had no pain and haven't had any since. Hooray!!!!

Horrible rip off and experience. Dec 4, met Sandy, felt high pressure to buy all 3 inserts $1k+, had to negotiate for the medium size arch, felt less then, $474.39 with unneeded velcro tabs and extra cushions. she promised to call for follow up, never happened. I have plantar and the arch was too far back, returned 12/16... john convinced me to go with high size arch. Painful still. went to walgreens... Dr. Scholls inserts for under $50 are good enough... these are arch supports... will never go back to the bad feet store

For many years I had reoccurring lower back pain. Chiropractor helped, though only as a temporary fix. Finally, in the summer of 2014 I decided to give the Good Feet store a shot at helping me. Lowell Martin was on duty that day, greeted me at the door, listened to what my issues were, and clearly walked me through the process of what the product system does and how it could aid me. 14 months later I haven't experienced the lower back pain I had previously. I tried everything else, so I have to attribute the improvement to t... read more

Was having trouble with my feet hurting all the way to my hips and causing back pain. After wearing Good Feet for 1 day my feet stopped rolling in and took pressure off my knees and back. Pain went away a day will not go anywhere without them.
