Think twice and do your research. I am extremely disappointed in not reading the reviews prior to purchasing the entire insert package at the Good Feet Store. As a very active fitness person I was dealing with an awful case of Planters Facitis. Based on a recommendation from a friend I visited the Good Feet Store on Olive. I worked with Sandy who was knowledgeable in what was needed. Dishonest & very deceptive sales tactics, outrageous prices.......they WILL be reported to the Missouri State Attorney General's office AND the Missouri Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!
Dishonest salesmanship! If you tell them you can’t afford that first they pitch pay installments. If still no THEN they say, well we have these others that aren’t as durable for much cheaper price. Why the hell wouldn’t they say that to begin with? “It’s all about the price tag” So I thought I would get the cheaper ones since I definitely needed something to help my feet. I had a very good person working with me when I got my last archonix
My feet are worse than when I wasn’t using the inserts. If I could bring them back I would. They are horrible. Way overpriced for what I thought I was getting.
I feel like such a sucker. Each support I tried on I told the salesman the arch support was too far back on my right foot. After I told him I wasn't paying $1500 for the three step system , the sale was over. He said these are $600. I said if they work I won't be mad. I'M MAD! Since the arch support was too far back it made the insert slide forward causing the heel support to dig into my heal ! At the end of the day I could hardly walk from the pain! They say they can adjust it but WHY DIDN'T they do that when I bought them?... read more
