pretty pricey inserts but so far with them I went 2 days without needing OTC painkillers at a warehouse job. the fitting was simple and the test walk with the inserts revealed it would help balance my weight and whatever I'm picking up across most of my feet rather than a few points.

Customer service was very good. She did not have a problem that I entered the store very skeptical. Since its only been 4 days since I started the program, I haven't improved much since that first change in the store. But I think it will improve. Even if nothing else works, the slippers are the best I've ever owned, even if they were expensive. They are worth every penny.
I went in thinking that arch supports would solve my problem. I had flat feet as a child and wore supports starting in junior high so as soon as I could I stopped. My arch was improved and I wanted to wear shoes like my friends. My foot was larger that most and as I aged they continued to grow. In later years my metatarsal arch fell and I was in a size 12.
