🚫🚫🚫 Do not stay!!!! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! When i told the man at the front desk we wanted a refund and couldn't stay there because of BED BUGS. He did the refund. I asked If he heard why and he said I know we dont have BED BUGS. I asked if he wanted to go see. His response was you have your refund. Leave. If zero stars was an option that would definitely be it!

Tried two separate rooms on two different floors and both had bed bugs. Man at front desk didn’t seem shocked at all and didn’t even apologize. They know they have a bed bug problem and aren’t fixing it and are still taking peoples money.

If you’re just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t care much about cleanliness, this hotel is okay. When we arrived, another guest warned us her room had bugs, which wasn’t exactly comforting. Thankfully, we didn’t find any in ours. The rooms themselves were pretty grimy, especially the bathroom — definitely bring shower sandals and your own soap and shampoo. While this hotel is very decorative and vibrant. My wife and I found bed bugs in three different rooms and the staff was able to do nothing but tell us we could get a refund from the website we booked. Play it safe and don't cheap out.
