I have always been a customer at Goldsmiths. I recently brought in a novelty watch to have the wristband sized. I was told he couldn't do it and frankly, didn't have the tecnology to do it. Must not have been expensive enough. It actually seemed it would be wasting his time. Disappointed!

Positively pleasant experience. I had Megan shorten a gold bracelet I inherited. Just a few days later I got it back, looking all shinny and new. quality workmanship and a perfect fit. All at a very reasonable cost. If you need a goldsmith... go to Goldsmiths.

The staff is so pleasant and helpful, I have gone to them for several projects. Following a difficult loss, I went to Rebecca looking for a memorial pendant, I explained to her my situation but had no other direction to give. She was so sensitive to my situation and created a beautiful memorial piece with hidden meaning in the design. I have also broken the same clock 3 times, each time the watchmaker was very helpful and has quickly got it back in working condition.
My first experience was an excellent one! I requested a pair of custom cufflinks from only a photograph on my phone. Rebecca and I discussed size, depth, materials, and finishes at length and the conversation felt very satisfying - and in only 3-4 weeks during the busy holiday season, I received my pieces. He was thrilled and so was I!
