Had a WONDERFUL experience with the staff! My brand new waist chain fits perfectly and was soldered so well that I cannot tell where the new chain was added! I placed my order on Sunday and it was ready on Wednesday! I am a very please and happy customer! They will be my new GO TO for my jewelry repair, purchases and cleaning!
