I took in a couple of broken jewelry and a never worn 925 stamped 22" figaro necklace. I told the shop lady that I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell the figaro but wanted to see what they would offer first. Necklace passed the magnet test, chemical test, then before I knew it, she was sanding down on one of the links! She said it was Gold Gals' store policy to check the purity by visually inspecting the depth of the silver. What?!? She had just ruined a perfectly good $400 necklace and offered to pay $9.00 for it. Lori at the Round Rock store is delightful. It was a great experience, good prices, a lot of new knowledge and totally comfortable. If you have gold or silver to get rid of, this is definitely the place to go! No regrets at all.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize when I went in how much gold and silver I actually had, but the staff took their time and walked me through the whole process. I walked out with alot more money then I thought possible. I would highly recommend The Gold Gals.
