Too HIGH OF RENT
Very nice, kept up nicely. Quiet
Quiet, secured, upscale living community, for those 50+. Great views, the mansion is beautiful, grounds are up kept, but it's easy to feel like you're visiting a nursing home, when walking the hallways. Numerous doors should have been covered/ doorways walled over. A bit pricey, but definitely worth consideration. Management is friendly, very personable, and very helpful. If not for the nursing home motif, I'd give 5 stars.
We have lived at the Gold Coast Apartments for almost five years. We have made many friends and enjoyed the amenities offered here. We have a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and our apartment is bright and airy. There is no place else we would rather live! Come and join us!
