It is a lovely, very well-maintained building with lots of privacy for each unit; people 55 and over. Some residents form a book club, a poetry group, a Tuesday brown bag lunch, an "I can't sing" group. There is a small gym with a lot of equipment on site in a former chapel with stained glass windows. Very friendly place, but you don't have to engage in groups to enjoy it. Don’t be fooled by the pictures! Repairs go undone for months without apology. They have one worker to manage three complexes. They allow one tenant to have access to all apartments; upon which he delivers all packages to tenants as well and HE keeps track of all tenants private affairs upon which he “shares” to other tenants and management. Too HIGH OF RENT
Very nice, kept up nicely. Quiet
Quiet, secured, upscale living community, for those 50+. Great views, the mansion is beautiful, grounds are up kept, but it's easy to feel like you're visiting a nursing home, when walking the hallways. Numerous doors should have been covered/ doorways walled over. A bit pricey, but definitely worth consideration. Management is friendly, very personable, and very helpful. If not for the nursing home motif, I'd give 5 stars.
