Sophisticated styling in the heart of the motor city
Business Travelers beware - As a Diamond Member and frequent business traveler, I do not recommend any travelers stay at this property. I called in to have my stay cancelled as my itinerary changed and I had to stay at a different Hilton property. I was told I would not be charged for the cancellation, and ended up being charged. Had to call back and ask the hotel why I was charged, and they said they would reverse the charges. My spouse and I stayed here mid August for a night, to attend a wedding in Corktown. I was already familiar with the Godfrey's amazing rooftop bar but I had not stayed in the hotel yet. What an absolute joy this place is. We were warmly greeted by the AMAZING and friendly valet staff. They were a lot of fun and really set a great tone for the remainder of our stay.
