A month or so ago (just now writing review due to hair coming out) Went to see Rosie the goddess (ig name) for my appointment. However, when I got there I had to wait in the hot sun for about 20 or so minutes because she was late for my paid booking. I got about 7 locs repaired. However, 3 of the locs that were repaired came out anyway $90 job. Also, another of the repairs is about to come out. She was extremely knowledgeable—not only about locs, but also about sanitation and infection control, which are essential parts of providing quality service. She created a comfortable learning environment where I was encouraged to ask anything and everything I needed to know.
