I am the owner of a professional bat proofing company. The goat step assist has become an essential piece of equipment for me to work safely at heights. Perfect option for 8/12 pitch roofs or steeper. Hand holds for climbing and a foot stop to sit comfortably while working. I am an insurance adjuster and I purchased this to help me on steeper roofs. When I received it, it was missing 6 of the hinge pins necessary for putting it together. It also had dings on the paint making me feel like it had been used. I emailed the company but received no response. So I went to the website and saw they have a no return/refund policy. Great product!
I have this product and another on that you can rope off on. I use this one more often though. The other one is so big and heavy that it is difficult to flip it off the ridge. The goat is very easy to use and quick to setup.
