Selling of our home From the moment we called John he was able to help us with the selling of our house, he was giving us feedback on what people might be looking for in a house, which helped us fix some of the things that could of used some attention, which helped with a smoother transition in the selling of the house.
John Goad was my realtor in 2019 when I decided to sell my townhouse and move out of state to be closer to family. The service and guidance I got was top rate. John told me what to do to get my townhouse ready to sell. I followed his instructions and it sold in 3 days for full asking price. Can't ask for more than that.

He will fight for you, work at night with you, and give you a realistic buying price and house you can afford and stay in.
