Ver friendly and kindness customer services. I had The Cool peel and Perfect Derma, both treatment make my skin looks and feel better! I want to give specially thanks to Hannah and Levi!
There no proper treatment solution suggested. There are staff doesn’t provide enough information on side effects of treatment and I have to battle with the facility for refunds of the treatment I have not received since I want to cancel my treatments based on side effects. It’s justified that there is no refund option since the owner doesn’t have one. Pathetic service!
I had the most amazing experience at this spa today! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere to the incredible facial. My skin felt so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. The entire experience was so relaxing and luxurious, and I genuinely felt so well taken care of. I really regret spending my money at The Glow Clinic. I tried to resolve this privately before leaving a review, but at this point I feel completely ignored. I purchased a package of three treatments in 2025. At my second appointment, I had a CoolPeel treatment with Hannah which went well. Immediately afterward, my face was in a lot of pain and I was very uncomfortable which is normal for this treatment.
