Tallahassee’s only rebounder fitness studio located in Bannerman Crossings. We are 1 studio with 3 signature workouts that will make you GLOW. The variety of workouts at The Glo are designed to be full body workouts that can stand alone, but also compliment each other perfectly. Each class taps in to different elements of physical fitness and targets unique muscle groups. We want to keep your body guessing and give you a well-rounded fitness experience.

Joint the Glo has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only are the classes, fun yet challenging, they provide a full body workout. Our instructors are the best and our community of ladies have become close friends. I can’t imagine what my life would be, if I never made the leap to join The Glo!

I joined The GLO a few months ago and it has been the best decision ever. I love having a welcoming community, especially when you work out. Every instructor cares about your health and fitness and pushes you to work hard. Every time I go, I always have an amazing time and get A killer work out.
