I have been living at this complex for a long time. Regretting that decision. Can't even take a decent shower. Water pressure is very low, then the water is either to hot or freezing cold. They must have a device on the hot water system for this to be happening over the last few months. Had many issues they had to fix in my apartment cause these are old buildings and were inconvenienced. The Saddle River runs behind this complex. I have just completed the application and lease process. The property manager, Ricky, was amazing, making time on two consecutive days to meet me and show me the apartment, answering any questions I had. Once I submitted the application, Kristen responded very quickly, helping me through the process of completing the lease and other required information and paperwork. She also was very helpful in answering questions I had. I am looking forward to move-in day!
