<<UPDATE>> Adding some updated notes to my review below. After a bit of back and forth management has come out and addressed the issues I mentioned, specifically the fire alarm and water filter. In lieu of these two issues the overall experience in this complex has been great and management (shoutout Aman, Kate and Dawn) have been exceptionally responsive in addressing any issues. Olivia in leasing is so sweet and caring! She is always a pleasure to speak to and helpful in every way she can be. Kate n Olivia helped a lot，they tried best to make balance between neighbors～ 5 stars for Chris n Gregorio. Gregorio was always clear, helpful, precise with his finances and included original documents for each item and was happy to explain everything clearly to his clients. Chris ，He fixed our dishwasher on Saturday, persevering for 2-3 hours while lying on the floor, allowing us to finally use it again after it had been broken for seven days.
I feel compelled to write this positive review of the Glendon building staff. The Olivia's, Kate, Hailey, Aman, Gregorio, Dawn, Caesar, and Chris were all a huge help in getting my daughter moved into a new apartment, and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth. They were super responsive to my requests for information and attentive to my needs, from help finding a new unit, signing the lease, and ensuring the mechanicals were all in good working order. I have been with The Glendon since it originally opened and have experienced all the different management companies over the years. By far, Douglas Emmett has been the best. They truly care about their tenants, and I consider the onsite management team part of my extended family. The building is well-maintained and always clean. The office staff is consistently professional and provides amazing customer service.
