So overpriced, really absurd.
5 stars for Chris n Gregorio. Gregorio was always clear, helpful, precise with his finances and included original documents for each item and was happy to explain everything clearly to his clients. Chris ，He fixed our dishwasher on Saturday, persevering for 2-3 hours while lying on the floor, allowing us to finally use it again after it had been broken for seven days.
If you want to be charged $1,000 for painting and cleaning when you move out after a 1-year stay, don't hesitate!
We moved in about a month ago and have been happy with the apartment so far. There were a few initial issues with appliances and a roof leak, but Isaac, Cesar, and James have been responsive and helpful in getting everything addressed. It's clear that they take their work seriously, and we appreciate their effort in maintaining the property.
Thoughtfully designed apartments. Super friendly and helpful staff in leasing and community management.
