Not a good place. The worse I just renewed my lease for one more year. And if I need something to get done by the office they want me to call a number to get it done. For example I paid my pet deposit $350. Now in my contract said I didn’t but said that I have a pet fee of $40 a month doesn’t make sense that I paid pet fee but not deposit and the office can do anything about it. Wonderful ! What I️ love most about them is that they are quick to get things done . Anything wrong it’s my Apartment, I️t is fixed by the next day. Dominique who is one of the leasing manages is completely awesome. She is welcoming and always on point with everything!
Parking sucks gotta pay $35 a month for reserved parking to make sure you can park, never any visitor parking company gotta park far asf on the street. Too many damn kids without parents watching they ass, in the hallways smoking weed and being loud. Dumper is always over flowing with trash in the street and around the community. My closet doors stay falling off the hinges, the top shelf of my closet is slanted so my shoes constantly fall down, the shower molds and the tile sealer drys up falls all in the shower. I move out this weekend and I have been counting down the days! It is infested with roaches and I am not paying top dollar for a top apartment. I am going to be renting a house and that is going to cost me way less than living at this place and it comes roach free! And I was accused of being a racist, by staff, because of a comment I made about rude tenants that were being rude and disrespectful to me. Be ready to be treated like filth and to live in filth....peace out!!!!
I move in two days and I couldn't be happier. They don't communicate with the residents. The office staff doesn't put through maintenance tickets (however, if you talk to a maintenance person directly it gets done immediately). Parking is absurd. The apartments are trash. Some of the neighbors are threatening and loud, but the property manager wants you to just call the cops. I've never been so unhappy with an apartment complex. VERY poorly run.
Why does the Glendale Apartments think is okay to start charging people for a parking space? And on top of that you all customer service is the worst. When something needs to get repaired the tickets don't even get process you have to keep calling and calling until someone actually puts in the system. You all don't care about your renters being comfortable or making sure that they feel welcomed and at home! It's unbelievable that The Glendale is selling parking spaces to her residents at this time instead of thinking of how to improve these old apartments. EXPLOITATION!!! Is this how you want us to recommend you to others. You are basically making life more unbearable for your residents with this trend. My family pays about $1700/month plus electricity bill, but can hardly find convinient parking spot. As if the difficulty is not enough, The Glendale is asking us to rent spaces for our 2 cars. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and the apartment is lovely and spacious.
