If your looking forsomewhere secluded but super close to the city for a decent price... highly recommend! I saw reviews about break-ins in cars at the upper levels but never had any issues in the lower 200 level. Great parking right outside the door, Kevin is great at communication.
Renewing @ the Glen and I just want to say how amazing it is to live here! Kevin and Mary in the leasing office are always so helpful! Maintenance team is great as well, they are super prompt when replying to work orders, always getting the job done! Parking is great, and it is super close to Manayunk! Very excited to start another year here with my boyfriend, our new unit is so nice!
I lived at The Glen for four years and had a really great experience. The community was always friendly and well kept, which made it a really nice place to live. Maintenance was always quick to respond whenever we put in a request, and things were usually taken care of promptly. Management was also great to work with and always helpful when we had questions. I moved in in October. I have had three maintenance requests, 2 were my fault. They have been here in minutes for 2 and less than 12 hours the other one( this was put in at night). They're absolutely amazing at responding quickly to things needed. I'm so glad I moved here.
Just moved to Philly and the management, including Kevin and Laura, have been incredibly helpful with my move and any out-of-state inquiries. Very appreciative of their kindness and help!
