I moved in in October. I have had three maintenance requests, 2 were my fault. They have been here in minutes for 2 and less than 12 hours the other one( this was put in at night). They're absolutely amazing at responding quickly to things needed. I'm so glad I moved here.
Just moved to Philly and the management, including Kevin and Laura, have been incredibly helpful with my move and any out-of-state inquiries. Very appreciative of their kindness and help!
We recently completed 3 years at the Glen and can’t say enough good things about it. The apartments, the property, the dog friendliness are all amazing features. What stands out is the management of the property. They are extremely attentive and care, and the maintenance team is fast and effective. Kevin, Laura, and team do a wonderful job making the complex a community, and I’d highly recommend if you’re looking to be in the Manayunk area or just outside of Philly.
I recently toured the Glen, and while I made a different decision to go to a different state, I was extremely impressed with everything I saw here. The manager Kevin was very attentive and knowledgeable, and all the apartments look great! The property overall was in Tip-Top condition. I recommend.
I have loved living at the Glenn. The staff are all lovely and maintenance comes out quickly. The frequent food trucks and dog park are a plus and it's very close to Wissahickon park. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and tucked away in a nice and quiet area just a short drive away from Manayunk.
