I would like to highly recommend Ms. Patisha Pippins for the great customer and resident service that she provides here at the glen at high point. Not only does she say what can be done but also put it in action for the resolution. This is great for our property due to past bad experiences. I do see the improvement coming along very well. The have a new tow company but when somebody is parked in your carport only the office can call it in. how stupid. i pay for that space
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's nothing luxury about these apartments, management is sorry including lease agents and head maintenance man Romano(whatever his name is). It takes over 30 days to get anything fix, you pay 3 bucks a month for pest control that don't come and spray, even if you requested pest control.The complex is roach infested and not properly being terminated. So the roaches are moving from 1 unit to the next., even with the so called renovation that they are doing. Bad part about it ... read more
