We have ordered 10 pairs of glasses from here over the past 6 years. We are now waiting 3 weeks for a "loaner" pair and 6 weeks for actual ordered pair. No follow up, horrible customer service, and worst of all NO CONCERN FOR THE CHILD IN NEED OF GLASSES. Since my husband and I have had to do all the following up they are now accusing us of being harrassing. We will not be purchasing future glasses from here. Save yourself the hassle.
