Who doesn't dread needing their window replaced? The hassle of finding a deal and spending who knows how much time at the shop. That was my fear anyway. Luckily I found The Glass Tech and had a great experience. I was able to make an appointment quickly which was great because it was a bit of an emergency. Communication was quick and thorough. Woke up to find my driver's side window shattered, after getting some hefty quotes from home installation folks I found The Glass Tech. I called, scheduled, drove over and had a new window within an hour and a half. Mitchell was fast, kind and straight forward. Would use again, although I hope I won't need to.
