Mike did some custom glass installations at my house, a shower door and several patio windows. Professional experience the whole time - they showed up right at the time they scheduled, completed the work as promised and cleaned the work area before they left. Mike at the Glass Guru is the MAN. If you need new windows installed and you wish to stay away from bait and switch companies look no further. Fair prices and integrity is there name of the game.
When calling for a quote the first "sales operater telemarketing guy" as he described himself hung up on me after explaining that he knows nothing about replacing broken windows because it is Saturday and he just answers phones. I called back and Anglea Operator ID #2 as she identified herself said that there is no manager available and no way to complain. Here is my complaint .
