The staff at the glass brokerage are simply the best!! They helped me and my husband out when we were in a bind and needed new balancers for our windows. They didn't have the parts on hand and were booked too far out for us, but took the time to explain everything to us, told us how to install them step by step and even showed us where we could buy them.
