Christina what are some ways you could improve? Maybe show up to the appointment on time and not 30 minutes late. I would be charged a late fee as a client and since I'm the client I get a giggle and a sorry. That does not make me want to book with you at all plus when you tell me in person that I don't have a cancelation fee if I call and then I try to call but you don't answer so I send a message saying I won't be able to make it and you reply with "well thats a charge" is ridiculous.
