This apartment complex has demonstrated a consistent pattern of racial discrimination, negligence, and disregard for tenant rights and safety. When I applied, this complex was recommended by a white female coworker who I supervise. We work for the same employer and submit the same type of paystubs. As a local, moving into the Glades was a major upgrade. Ultimately many people share a common goal; to move into a clean, quiet family oriented neighborhood. We moved into the new apartments as they were still being made, and watching the progress was great. So much effort was put into these to ensure that the neighborhood looks pristine and immensely comfortable.
