WHERE ARE YOU?? ((Trauma resulting from surgery)) I called almost two weeks ago and the arrogant person that answered was so full of himself, he would barely listen, He loved the sound of his own voice!! Was told, "nobody" gets to Jim unless they go through me first. I was referred to "Jim" / James, From Roberts & Roberts in Tyler but I never got to talk to Mr. Girard.
