Maintenance is great with responding in a timely manner. Lymari on the Maintenance team is the best and has been super helpful. She explained and fixed the issue I was having. Also want to highlight that she’s the only woman on the maintenance team!

I have had a really good experience living in this building. Maintenance is top notch. The elevators had a couple of issues but the staff was amazing in working to try and minimize the impact on our day to day. Nothing takes more than a day to fix or rectify. Gallagher is phenomenal and always great to talk to. I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention the great work of Ameenah, Frank, Robert, Jasmine, Rod, Ed, Tommy, Lymary, Alize, Alonzo, Tim, Dillon, & Callam Would highly recommend living here
The maintenance team is great here! I had issues with my ac and Gallagher was able to completely replace it and fix it within 30 mins!
