Living at the Girard for years has been a great experience. I appreciate the great staff such as Alonzo who make everything a breeze ❤️
Living here has been great the last two years. First, it is incredibly convenient for almost anything happening in the city but it’s more than just the convenience. All of the staff have been so helpful. Between Jasmine and Ameenah at the front door always being welcoming and Lymari who is so sweet whenever she is helping with our maintenance request it has been a pleasure living at the Girard!
Maintenance is great with responding in a timely manner. Lymari on the Maintenance team is the best and has been super helpful. She explained and fixed the issue I was having. Also want to highlight that she’s the only woman on the maintenance team!
Best maintenance crew I’ve had at an apartment complex.
