Gina and Zoey were tremendous in helping my fiancee and I rent our new apartment. They were incredibly kind, communicative, understanding, and altogether wonderful. Gina was amazing to work with! My wife and I had been looking for a house for a very long time (nearly a year). Sometimes she would take us out to see houses on a daily basis, for a week at a time. Never once did we feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She showed us more houses than I can now remember over the course of a year, and eventually got us a great deal on our first home. A joy to work with, both personable and professional.
Gina and her staff helped on our long journey of house searching by making sure that I was always calm through the process and instilled the trust you would want from your agent. She let me know when I should walk away from a bidding war and where I should be offering to be considered for a home. She never let me feel doubt even as through the tough part of purchasing (sellers and bankers). Her staff was very easy going and never made me feel intimidated by the process. I would recommend her to anyone in the area.
Where do we start?! As first time home buyers we were nervous and clueless about the whole process.
