Thank you Gilded Gown & special thanks to Diane! I found my dress after a long 8 hour day. It was the last dress I tried on. When we got there at 5pm, we were immediately checked in, and led to a great spot for try ons. They have snacks, drinks, signs, little wipes, everything. We so needed all of this after spending a long 6 hours earlier shopping at other appointments without finding the dress. I love how encouraging Diane was. She listened. I never felt pressured. Let me just take a minute to say this.... DIANE IS AMAZING! She made my first and only dress shopping experience seamless and amazing. I found THE dress in one appointment and I couldn't be happier.
We came in to find a wedding dress with my friend and her family and Diane was AMAZING. She said she would find the gown and she found THE gown. And the snacks and photo corner was sooo cute.
I would give more stars if I could! The employees here are absolutely amazing! My daughter has very specific taste and doesn't really wear dresses but is getting married this fall. They made her feel like a QUEEN! Already had a selection pulled for her to try when we arrived, and even convinced her to try a couple different styles that she thought she didn't like, but ended up LOVING! Great selection for every taste (even my tom boy/goth!), very reasonable prices, and the wonderful woman that assisted my daughter was so kind... read more
