Nothing like spewing anti-tenant rhetoric on social media. Encouraging fellow landlords to automatically blame tenants for broken appliances is gross. Smooth move, boys. The housing market is trash. Can't wait for you people to go bankrupt.
I am Jane Gibbons, President of The Gibbons Group in Boston and I am commenting on the strange remark made by OH Brittney. I have never met this person, have never worked with her, never heard of her. I have no idea what she is referring to in her rambling remark. I contacted Google to have them remove the remark since her post has nothing to do with my company, and was told that I needed a court order to do so. I am posting my response, as I wanted to make sure her strange post has been clarified.
Landlords that don't deserve tenants, for they know not what it means to be human. Whines and complains about the state a tenant left their apartment, implying there were damages but it was maybe 10 minutes worth of work and $5 worth of materials for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. They probably don't give deposits back to ANYONE. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! SLUMLORD! SLUMLORD!
