Amazing service from The Giants Carpet Care. I called midweek and they arrived that Friday, which worked out perfectly because it was the same day my dogs were groomed. After a muddy mess, they had tracked dirt all over the carpet and even left some spots from laying on it for hours. My walls also had visible dirt, so I was mainly hoping for a deep carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and odor removal. My wife and I were very happy with the carpet and flooring services we received. I didn’t take many before pictures because I honestly did not expect much. We had these carpets cleaned before, rented a steam cleaner, and even scrubbed them with brushes, but nothing really worked. The carpet was in terrible shape, especially upstairs and on the stairs, after a lot of pet messes from puppies and kittens. He did a great job treating a few tough carpet stains that I could not get out with my own cleaning products, and the carpet looked fresh and restored when he finished. This carpet cleaning service did an excellent job from start to finish. I called to set up an appointment, and Brian was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the scheduling process.
