I am so impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning! With my older cat turning the carpet into a litter box, my dog having accidents, and my two kids constantly bringing in dirt and mud, the carpets really needed help. Melvin arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly and efficiently. The deodorizer left a fresh, pleasant scent, and all the stains and pet odors are completely gone.
